She's at 4/6
My flip kit came yesterday, and it's on today.
I did have 4" leafs, and used the top hole in the shackles, for a drop of around 5". I measured everything today before starting. It was 27.5" all the way around. After I flipped it and put my old stock leafs back on, again, putting the back of the leaf in the top hole in the shackle, it was still 27.5" in front of course, but the back was now 25.75". Hmm... this amounts to 1.75" lower. It looked to me, and it may have been my eyes playing tricks on me, that the back was too low. If my previous measurements were right, and I think they were, this would mean I was now over 6", by about a 1/2". I went back and put the rear of the leaf in the lower shackle hole. This moved it up 1/2", to 26.25". Anyway to the point. I now have measurements of 27.5 in front, and 26.25 at the rear. I'm pretty sure there is a difference of 1.25" in front and rear fender well lips, so this sounds right. So, what do you 4/6 guys have for measurements? It don't matter what size your tires and wheels are, I only want to know how much difference you have in yours. It looks a lot better I think. I'll get some pics tomorrow, it's about dark here now. I'll probably get a C notch now. I only have around 2.5" left between the axle and frame. Not enough I don't think. I don't want to go banging on the frame. I removed the bump stop too.
