Backspacing on a 20x10

I tried doing a search but no luck at what I'm trying to find. I'm helping a friend build a 72 blazer. He is going to run 20x8.5 and 20x10s. Has anyone put a 275-35-20 on a 10" wide wheel. Does it look right or does it look like it is being stretched over the wheel? Will a 20x10 fit in the rear without cutting up the wheel wells? What backspacing are you guys running on your 20x10s?
