cutting lowerin springs

i have lowering springs in teh rear adn plan to lower it more so could i jstu cut coils or not casue some people say i shouldnt since there pigtailed??? plus my front is lowered adn my tires arent straight up and downanymore(its hard to explain but i think camber is what its callednot sure) if i put 1 inch drop spindles on would it sraighten em up or would i have to go another route like camber adjuster any help would be great
