nothing but air

Any ideas? I changed all my brake lines and master upgraded to disc I have not been able to get all the air out of the lines I bench bled the master and the prop valve adjusted the pedal rod to both inner and outer extremes is there a sweet spot or spec for the pedal Im using an air bleeder and still the pedal goes to the floor thanks Tony
