Installed New Short Bumper Guards on SWB 4x4. - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I kind of like the short guards on a short truck. They remind me of 56 Chevy.
They are a real easy install with NO holes to drill in your chrome...like the NOS ones require.
I did tap the bottom threads for longer 1/2" bolts. They seem to be metric and the bolts are a little too short for me.
They fit pretty close if you are not one of those guys that checks everything with a mic or feeler gauge.
What do you think?
