While I agree that ECE is good, they can & do make mistakes. But, it's the CS that 'corrects' those mistakes & make them worth returning to again & again. I have used both of these companies since before 2000. I continue to do business w/ECE (just bought some stuff last week) . . .... not so much CPP & just because of that reason. They seem to have a 'book of rules' that they can't seem to devitate from regardless of what common sense dictates. I prefer a company that can react per situation when mistakes are made.

After all, last I checked, we're all still human.
