5x5 to 5x4.5 adapters?

i'm having trouble coming across any info on this subject and if its even a good thing to do. looking for any info on 5x5 to 5x4.5 adapters.

after being told from many different people and sites the bolt pattern is 5x5. i'm looking for rims for my 83 c10 but i dont want to go aftermarket, so i'm looking for nice take offs from another car/truck.

i want to go with a set of either corvette rims(80's saw blades-new z06 rims) but unsure if they'll fit because its going from a car to a truck...not to mention the bolt pattern is different.

5x4.5 lets you run anything from camaro, corvette, bmw, etc. much better options.

i was even told there's an adapter for 5x5 to 6lug to run newer tahoe rims/escalade rims etc.

any input on this or am i pretty lost?

i have a set of 87 vette rims, 06 zo6 rims, and a set of 07 escalade rims. none fit haha.
