I got a new cab but it caused my butt to squeak

I ran across a good cab the other day, so I went ahead and bought it, but the price really hurt. The good thing is that it is totally free of any real rust. It has good solid original rockers and floors and roof. I can't find anything deeper than surface rust anywhere. It also came with the deluxe heater. My truck has the economy unit. The seat is pretty good, dash uncut, wiring and dash stuff all intact. I mean it's a great cab, I am super happy, it's just that the 400 dollar price hurt like hell to pay. What happened to this stuff being cheap ? Parting with that money caused me to squeak a bit when I walk.

I figure I will clean it up real well, POR15 the surface rust and run it.

I got the door too. It's a straight up beauty. The door will need maybe an hour of repair to touch up some heavy pitting in the bottom.
