Question Help with A arm shaft end bolts/bushings

I have disassembled my front suspension on my 70 1/2 ton 2WD and had all parts powder coated. I'm ready to reassemble and I'm wondering how tight the end bolts on the A Arm shafts need to be. They were very difficult to get appart. I have purchased a rebuild kit from PST and I don't know how to tell when they are in far enough. Is there a torque spec? Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.
