New to Form! Thanks

Hi,

First let me start by saying I'm a life long Ford man! I know, please don't bomb my house. But this 1971 Chevy/ Blazer CST I would trade all my Ford's for. My family has Owned the Blazer since it was new, right off the dealer's floor. My grand parents bought it for my Uncle as his first ride. I lost my Uncle at age 52 in Dec. of 07', and both my Grandparents this year. So this Blazer has a lot of memories for me of all of them. I plan on doing a ground up on it at some point but for now my goal is to get her running. She has been moth balled in the heat of Southern California for the last 10 yrs. And most of my rubber is shot, my Back seat is missing(anyone know where I can buy one?) and the carpet is trash. Good News, Hardly any Rust! And she need's a good coat of paint. Any help or Knowledge you share with me will go to good use, and your time won't go wasted. I look forward to talking with some of you and learning a few things. Thanks for your time! Pete
