Exhaust Pipe/Chrome Tip Install 8/12/09
Well finally made it down the Mountain to my Favorite Exhaust Shop.
Had all new tubing from the Headers back and New 4" Chrome Tips too. The previous owner (for whaterver reason), had tacked the exhaust pipe to the Frame of the Truck!!! I also found out that (according to the fitter there), that I have a "Nice set of expensive Headers". I was totally unaware of that. He also said that I already had a set of Flowmaster "40 Series" Mufflers already ON my Truck. Also that the old tubing was 2 1/4" Diameter, so we replaced it with 2 1/2" Diameter pipe, along with my Flow Tech Exhaust Cut-Outs. Bottom line was $210.00 OTD! That was $100.00 UNDER their estimate I've added the pictures to my Website and you can see them here at: http://home.pon.net/wwotr/towing.htm Just Scroll down the page to the "Exhaust Pipe/Chrome Tip Install 8/12/09:" Roger "RATIKLE"
