Calling FlamingBig10, TVBlazer78, or Captkaos

I have a pair of the custom door panels from Captkaos and I know you guys do too. Here's my question. How did you attach the arm rest to the back side of the panel? Looking at the lip around the arm rest I don't see how there will be enough area to use the dual lock fasteners. I don't see how the abs glue would work because material will be pulled through the hole from the outside of the panel.

I have a couple ideas in my head I'm just concerned my hands will screw them up. LOL.
