91 'Burb front end for Bob?

I have sourced a '91 Burb frontend for my '87...aka Bob...and have a few questions. What all do I need to put this on my truck? Do I just need the header panel, grills, headlights, markers and assundry brackets or do I have to have the fenders too? And what is a fair price for the required parts?

I did do a quick search but couldn't find a definite answer, so I thought I would just ask.
