2 questions on 350 turbos

MY FIRST QUESTION IS,
1. WHERE CAN I BUY A SPEEDOMETER GEAR TO CORRECT THE MPH IN MY TRANS ? I HAVE GONE DOWN TO 60 SERIES 275/60X15 TIRES AND MY SPEEDO IS READING FAST BY 3-4 MPH.

2. WHERE MY SPEEDOMTER cable hooks up to trans. the threaded part that cable hooks to is loose and seaps a little fluid. since i,am gonna be swapping a speedo gear how can i correct this loose problem ? my speedo works good and it being loose doesnt seem to hurt anything but i just want to make it right.
