Truck getting paint on it next week what to do!

Im in the process of getting my truck painted and i have run into an area that has me a bit confused. I really like the way the tailgate band looks on these trucks and i also like the way they look without the tailgate band with the letters exposed but then agin i also like the tailgate smoothed with the one piece pan. Im a bit torn and i cant seem to find enough pictures to make my discission easier. Please help guys and trust me your opinions will be greatly appreciated. Another thing that i have in mind is the front end. Stock silver colored grill, paint match the grill and polish all of the aluminum, custom grill or just do a 91 burb front. I already bought the 82' bumper because i really like the way they look and if i do keep the 86 grill i will be keeping the signal lamps in the grill too. again suggestion and pictures will be awesome.

Whats in the works for sure and done already are stakeholes welded shut, wiper cowl smoothed, drip rails gone, cab seems and cargo lights gone, factory mirror holes gone, holes for emblems gone. the truck will be a dark blue like it is now but off on a new car so that the paint will have a bit more metallic and a lil pearl.

Times coming for the guy to put it in the booth and i dont want to have it repainted or wish i would of done something different so if you guys can please help it would be great! have a good weekend. Hopefully i can get enough input to pospon the painter a couple days to a week to make sure i get exactly what i want the first time.

The reason im shaving mounting holes is because its easier to add them again them to fill them.
