My favorite 4 letter F word
F-R-E-E
67 SWB frame (use to be a stepper)....small block motor mounts, open rear end, and looks to be dimpled for PS, one-piece DS, spare tire carrier....(Also, gave me for FREE....2 67 doors, 67 hood, cowl, gas tank, step tailgate, 67 grill)...It's in pretty good shape Yep....board member 'Stormrider' had to get this frame moved from where he was storing it, and told me if I wanted it to come get it!!!....I had to scramble: 1st...talked to the wifey about it....she wasn't thrilled, but after I told her the price, she quickly gave me the "look"!!!...Which I took as it is okay!!! 2nd...I had to call a buddy of mine with a trailer to see if he could help....check...it was no problem.... 3rd...I had to figure out where to put it....I have a storage shed in my yard in my HOA'd neighborhood....knowing I could hide it behind there with out any issues, I did a little prep work and readied it for the frame.... 4th...Picked her up yesterday, and rolled it around behind the shed....had to do it in the cover of night so the nosey neighbors wouldn't see us!!! (I'll post up more pics of the free-bies behind the shed soon....it was too dark for pics last night) I want to begin to assemble parts and pieces for this.....I'm thinking I want to build a 72 two-tone driver.....It'll probably be a LOOONNNGGGG time before anything is done, but at least I have the start to my next project....
