Booster to Pedal link

Hey all, well i hope these show up. here's what i got from Scotts, looks great, my one question is what's the missing link, what do i need to get to connect it from the booster to the pedal rod? I'm not sure what its called but is it specific to the truck or is it universal and where can i get one?
