49 panel schooling (needed)

Be a # of questions here feel free to help anyway you can.

Brothers looks to have good prices, before I give them a card # should I consider elsewhere ?
Need windshield and side glass to start.

Rear fenders are rough at best, any patch panels ? will p.u. rear fenders work
for patches ? (I know they wont fit)
Or is it time to justify getting an english wheel ?

Wondering if a Blazer tank would fit ? Since I have one I never installed on my ol 70.

Is the button on the L of the gas pedal the starter switch ?
