Code 32 on '87 TBI

Okay, I tend to think I am pretty handy, but I'm a little stumped. I recently fixed a code 22 (TPS low voltage) by replacing the plug, which was cracked and brittle, and the actual TPS. It quit throwing any codes for about 2 1/2 weeks and then all of a sudden last night I got a check engine light. Checked it, and it is a code 32 (EGR). Okay, so a little investigation and I first realize that the vacuum source on the front of the TBI for the EGR is plugged. But after a few looks around the ole' intake manifold, there is no EGR valve. There's a location for one on the passenger side just right/rear of the TBI, but it has a block off plate in it's place. What should I do know?
