a/c belt adjust

this belt has always been a bit strange. i guess this is normal, but for the hell of it i will put it on here...

last year i have the old r12 system converted. they did a great job, but after a week i brought it back to them because it would squeak when the clutch engaged on the highway... so they did, and it stopped. one year later, the clutch burned up on me..

they just put in a new compressor, under warrantee...same deal, squealed on the high way or when i rev fast.. so this time i put a little adjustment on it.. it doesn’t squeal, but the belt wiggles...see here...

now i am a bit concerned, i don’t want to over tighten it. i fear in a year the clutch would burn up again, but that could be unrelated.. so, should i leave it or ????

here is w/o the ac on

and me fingering it the belt that is..lol
