I just hauled one back from Utah myself. Use U-Haul. Tell them it is for an 05 Civic. All of their trailers are the same size/width. The only difference is whether or not the trailer is galvanized. You will have no problem. Also, rent the Uhaul trailer in the city you will be picking up the truck in and go one way. A lot easier to drive there without a trailer behind you.
