turn signal indicator

I just re-installed my dash and some duct work underneath and now my left turn signal indicator light stays on whenever i turn my lights on. The right indicator came on as well when i finished the job but after a light tap it has worked fine. I didn't take out the guage assembly so i'm stumped why this happened, it's a printed circuit so i don't know where it could be getting a hot connection from the lights. It doesn't blink just stays on at about half power the entire time my lights and parking lights are on. Thanks for any help.
