Free '72 LWB Steel Floor Bed (South KC)
Rust on the inside of the bed pretty bad. Wheel wells are toast as well. There is a lot of straight steel still though. I've stripped it to bare metal for the most part. I only got so far before I decided it would be harder to patch it up than it would be if I started with something in better shape. It has a decent header panel, I'll even throw in the wheel tubs.
Only catch is you have to help me and a friend move a wood bed to get to this one. I also slaughtered the floor because I was too lazy to get under the truck to take the bolts out. I was thinking it was scrapper bound at that point. I imagine whoever takes it will cut it up anyways. Before I started sanding. Some of the holes on the inside of the bedsides. The plan was to give away for scrap. But, if someone here can use it I thought it's best to give it back to you guys. PM me if you're interested. If you're not local this bed is likely not worth your hassle.
