Thanks for the help. I am going to meet him 1/2 way tomorrow. He sent more pictures and it looks solid as a rock. I am thinking on removing the tanks, adding the torsion boxes and eventually filling in the tank openings in the side. I could then add top side moldings and paint between the moldings white. I would not have to paint the whole truck and the two tone would look good with the highlander seats and panels. Thanks, Bubba
