What's the best way to remove

House paint from my truck without ruining the paint? My neighbor decieded to paint his house and my truck was parked on my driveway (because I can't move no engine)and now there is all Like overspray all over it! He said he covered the truck up but I don't beleive him because there is paint all over the windows everywhere. The thing that pisses me off is when he said why do I care so much it's an old truck! I told him this truck was worth more than his 09 f150 just as is with no engine! Help!
