68 short step Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: tulsa OK Posts: 3,070	Re: project BIG RED (gen3 on air) thanks guys, the fittings are blue because they're aluminum...these are AN style fittings, and in airplane world blue=aluminum black= steel stainless= stainless so the auto world copied this, but you can get aluminum fittings in black, blue, or ive even seen them in red in the auto world...
