Fair selling price?

I just bought a '72 Cheyenne that I will be using as my daily driver and want to sell my '89 Silverado and wanted opinions on what would be a fair price.
I am original owner, it has 102K miles on it. The engine runs perfectly, BUT it will need to be rebuilt, I was told by local mechanic. The rear main seal is leaking BAD. The local mech. said it was because the PCV system ( passageways in the engine?), is clogged and it built up pressure ....there went the seal. I presume he knows what he's talking about?
The interior is in good shape and the exterior is in fair shape. Has paint chips down to primer on the hood, and front cab pillars. Rust is small amount and only surface(couple of scratches and one area of hood). I hate to sell this truck coz it has and is a very strong running truck, but I wanted to go another way with the '72.
I could post pics if it would help.
Mike
