Need some advice!
Hey,
Ive been looking for a 73-87 4x4 that i can drive daily to school and work. Ive been looking and ive found 2 pretty nice rigs. 1978 GMC jimmy 454 4 speed 4x4 lifted low kms on the motor then 1979 Chevy 3/4 ton 4x4 305 auto 4x4 4 inch lift 80 xxx km's on the motor. Now what im wondering was, will the 79 not have sufficiant power from the 305 ? Would i get terrible gas milage? What kind of gas milage would you think id get in the 78 jimmy with that big block? worse than the 79 with the 305?
