How do you get the doors to shut with new Seals - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

The doors on my Sons 64 are kicking my butt. I cant get them to close. They are latching but they are open about 1/2 to an inch in the back of the door. My problem is if I try to bring the door out in the front, non of the panels will align. So has anyone had this kind of problem and if you have what did you do to fix the problem? These doors shut great before I took it apart to do the bodywork so they should shut now I would think???
