Question Keep the 68 frame or cut the 72 frame

Ok, here is the deal. I have the 68 gmc shorty project, normal stuff for the 68 (leaf rear, 6 lug front and rear). Then I got the 72 LWB c-10 donor, it has a coil rear, and of course 5 lug. What do you think would be better, use the 68frame and transfer the running gear and cab or shorten the 72 frame? I don't think there is much difference in the frames is there (power steering dimple)? Both frames are in good shape. The cab I will use is on the 72 frame right now. The cab on the 68 is in a lot worse shape than the 72 and it is not an A/C cab. I have the equipment to do the shortening of the 72 frame also. I think it is probably sixes. Thoughts???
