Replacing upper control arm cross shaft studs

The big studs on a 76-72 crossmember that the upper control arm cross shafts bolt to..

The rear one on each side of mine is very rotted away. After blasting, they're about 1/3 smaller than they are supposed to be

I see that LMC sells replacements but do they just press out? I whacked one with a hammer pretty good, but it wasn't moving and I don't think I can get this thing positioned on my press to squeeze it out.

Anybody done this before?
