Need Confirmation on NV4500 Info

In reading some of the previous posts regarding the NV4500 swaps, I just need to verify a couple of my assumptions before I lay out any money.

First I have a 350 that I've rebuilt that I'm trying to marry up to a NV4500.

Is it true, that any of the Chevy engine /bellhousing combinations will bolt to my 350?

If so I'm trying to get a complete setup with master and slave cylinders to keep the complete engineering design/functionality.

Any issues with this approach or should I go with an Advanced Adapters Bellhousing to keep the linkage on the drivers side?

Always looking to learn from someone else's mistakes/wisdom.

Thanks
