rear axle options for c20 coil

I have my grandfathers 70 C20 manual truck and would like to change the rear end or gears as I have the 4.56 gears and it just screams going 70 down the highway.I would like make it more of a daily driver.I think i remember someone saying I could get an older dana 60 from a 3/4 ton dodge is that right? If I only went down to 410 would that be enough of a difference or do I need to get it down around 373, 350 small block motor.Has anyone had the ring and pinion changed and is that a cheaper way to go?It would be nice to actually use first gear and feel more comfortable going on longer trips.Thanx KD
