hitch and trailer wiring?

need some help:

1) will a hitch for a 67-72 pickup also fit a 67-72 suburban? i am looking at a 15,000lb rated reciever from jcwhitney that is listed for 63 and newer chevy pickups. i want a hitch that that will exceed 10,000 pounds for my 3/4 ton burb. my baby won't be some sissy low rider with a hidden hitch....it is a truck and that will be blatantly clear when people see the stock ride height and big hitch under the back end

2.) any possibility on a plug in trailer harness for a suburban? i bought one from lmc truck and found out that it doesn't plug into my burb (pickup only). i have a 4 to 7wire conversion harness/plug and will be liberating the brake controller out of my dad's 87 burb. it would be nice if the aftermarket provided all the custom bits for suburbans that they make for pickups.....we all know as cool as pickups are...suburbans are even better!
