TurnNBurn Registered User Join Date: Oct 2004 Location: North Dakota Posts: 103	Transfer case comes loose 05 2500HD My co worker has a 05 2500hd 6.0 with the 4l80e trans. He keeps having trouble with the transfer case coming loose. It will break the studs off. It has done it 3 times now. transfer case problem?? Any suggestions???
