Front end gear ratio? 4x4

I am trying to figure out the ratio on on the front axle of my 4x4 with out pull ing the cover. It is an 8 lug dana 44, open disk.

When I jack up one wheel and lock both hubs the driveshaft will turn just over two revolutions per wheel revolution. I assume that this would be 4:10 (1/2).

I have only done this with rear ends before. Am I supposed to do two wheel revolutions?
