Tire size and drivability question.

How much of a difference is there for street drivability between 35's on 15" rims as compared to 35's on 17" rims. I have 35's on my K5 now with 15x8" rally rims. The suspension, ball joints, everything is pretty much new. I know it is a truck and not a sports car but it seems to be all over the road sometimes. I have tried all different tire pressures but that does not make a difference. The truck will probobally never be offroad so I don't need thel 15's for crawling or anything. Will the shorter sidewall of the 17 make a noticable difference on the street? Thanks
