help me identify this steering part

ok on my truck between the steering box and steering wheel beside my drivers side front wheel is a rubber bushing thingy on the shaft. it is in really bad shape and would really like to replace because it is flopping around. you guys have any ideas what this is? and also it has two bolts in it
