Tail Lights won't Turn Off

My rear, red brake lights won't turn off. I checked all up under the brake pedal to see if the switch was stuck, but I either don't know where it is or I just can't get to it. I followed the brake pedal in there DEEP with a flashlight, but never could figure out where the switch would be.

Do you have and ideas on how to stop this?

Right now, I'm just pulling the fuse so that it doesn't drain the battery when I'm parked.
