Well I went and test drove it today and there is a small knock/tick in the engine under the passenger side valve cover. He says it is a burnt valve. It was my first time driving a 3OT, was interesting for sure haha. I accidentally started in 3rd at one point. DOH! I took some pictures of rocker box reinforcement plate, it's completely solid with no rust. The guy is asking a thousand more than I thought so I've got to work something out.
