Easiest way to remove a rocker panel?

The donor truck I bought has a pretty good rocker/rear floor area, so I'd like to cut it out and prep it to go in my truck.

What's the best method for removing it? Should I cut it out as one piece, pull off the outer rocker first, etc?

I want to remove this area:
