How hard/much to install a 67 front clip?

I have been looking to buy a k5/blazer/jimmy for a while now. Some of the trucks I have have the 67 front clip. To my eyes I really like it.

My question is how difficult and how much would this cost to do? If it only cost $500 in parts then I will just buy the nicer truck. If it turns out this modification cost thousands of dollars I will probably chose the truck with tired motor and 67 front end.
