Post Know a good way to remove rivets at the junkyard?

I'm going to grab a swaybar at the junkyard this weekend and I want to get the frame brackets as well. They don't pull parts for you at this yard, and I don't know if I can come up with a battery powered drill by this weekend to drill them out. So, any suggestions on how to remove these rivets? I don't think a chisel will work, but maybe my chisels aren't good enough.
