My turn to brag about a new engine...

Happy days!! My new 'remanufactured" 350 from Bowtie Performance came to life today. I'm waiting for it to cool down, then I'll change the oil. Can't wait to finish the break-in and find out what I've got. I mated a T5 5 speed to it (I know about the torque limitations) and it appears the time I spent machining the adapter plate and pinning it to the bellhousing will pay off. I'm looking forward to having an overdrive on the hiway. The shifter is where it should be, doesn't hit the bench seat, about 9 inches farther forward than my old Hurst Indy 3 speed shifter. Looking forward to summer cruisin'. See ya out there.
