Ya like your Hickey's on the side?... What about the top?

As for winches, it seems the 'ol Sidewinder leads the way in these here forums, and now that I'm finally putting my winch back together and doing a little research, I thought I'd get some input.

I've only seen the same Hickey that I have on one other post.
Looking at an old Ramsey manual, it seems mine is almost identical, except for the electrical box AND mine is labeled by HE.
So my question is this, was the winch made by Ramsey (or Sperry/Vickers?) and Hickey sold it as their own? Or vice-versa?

Also, if Hickey's other is the "Sidewinder", what the hell is mine called?? The "Topwinder"? ;-)
(btw, just found a side-ways one on CL yesterday... getting it shipped to me!!)
