Trim measurment

I got all new upper and lower trim for my gmc swb. The truck didnt have trim orginally. The bottom should be easy to figure out because I can use the fenderwells to get it started. If I laid something flat on the flat part of the bed, and measured down to the top of the trim- what is the measurment? How many holes in the bed and what size are the holes?
Thanks guys!!!!!!

My baby is getting sprayed during the xmas holidays!!!!
