newbie with a 2wd blazer full top Q did they have fulltops in 81

whats up guys, well im new on here so let me start off by saying hi, well im a chevy guy, ive had a bunch of them and love em, so i moved to NC for a year to go to school (nti) and bough a street bike then just traded it for a 81 blazer 2wd with a full top, ive been reading up on it becouse i thought they wer only tell 76, but the guy i got it from said it was factory, the title says 81, but the body doesnt look like it was cut other than the doors maybe.

please inform me its it was a convertion or if its a rare model.
