I'm not dead. Really, I'm not!!
Hey freaks! Everyone seems to think I either died, or went AWOL to secure my legend status. Sorry to disappoint, but I'm still kicking!
Work has been stupid busy the last month or two, and it has been dragging me out to the shop a lot. So my "sitting at the desk slacker time" has been reduced quite a bit. That, and with my wife's schedule changing for just a few months, we have been taking advantage of some extra family time together before it changes again. I'm still popping in to read some threads here and there , just haven't been posting much at all. I goof off on Facebook more since it is easier to maneuver through on my 1972 era Blackberry than the truck board is. (You know my first name, last is Nauta is you want to be my friend on FB! ) Hopefully after the first of the year, things at work will get back to normal somewhat. I'm still driving Fred when the weather is nice and our road is not all muddy, like today. I haven't sent the PCM back to have the rear O2's deleted yet, so the light stayed on (that is, until I unplugged the light), otherwise he starts and runs flawlessly. Zero problems so far. It's funny, I get more looks and thumbs-up from 40-60 year old guys than anyone else. I have the high mount A/C stuff in the budget for February, so hopefully some time after that shows up I can get started on getting all that stuff installed. The truck will be complete then. Well, as in not missing any parts. I hope all you guys are doing well, and have a Merry Christmas! Love, Bob and Fred
