Drum brakes

HEY EVERYONE. I HAVE A 1978 CHEVY K20, AND I AM TRYING TO GET THE DRIVERS REAR DRUM OFF BUT HAVING NO LUCK. EVERYONE IS TELLING ME THT THERE IS A HOLE TO BACK THE BRAKES OFF IN THE BACK BUT I SEE NO HOLE. THERE IS ONE IN THE DRUM. WHEN I AM GOING LIKE 10MPH OR SO AND COME TO A STOP THE DRIVERS SIDE REAR LOCKS UP ONLY GOING SLOW AND IT STICKS WHEN I AM TAKING OFF. ANYBODY HAVE ANY IDEAS. THANKS FOR READING
