snow tires

im searching around in my area and i need a 2 tires to get me through the winter and i found these are these snow tires.

and i was wondering if they are a good brand? im gonna keep my others for spring and summer because they are new. And our roads are not in the greatest shape here and all i would like is a opinion on them. im not looking for super swampers or mudders.
